Staff should be adding value and aiding productivity not detracting from its success and the bottom line.

Working with many different organisations, in the private sector - SME's to national companies, charities and not for profit - the aim is to give confidence to the MD, business owner, senior management team etc to ensure they are legally compliant and able to manage their staff in the most suitable way possible for their organisation.
