After graduating from Cambridge University, Chris worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers (then Coopers & Lybrand) before joining Wright Vigar in late 1987. Over the last few years he has been Managing Director of the firm, overseeing its expansion from one office to five offices, and continues to look for opportunities for future growth. He also has a significant portfolio of larger family owned businesses who he advises on a wide range of business and tax related matters.
In his spare time he is actively involved in a charity he created in 1995, Christian Partners in Africa, which engages in community and child development work mainly in Uganda and Ethiopia.
His sporting days in the distant past, he no longer plays but is a keen follower of rugby and cricket. From time to time he has also been known to rustle up a few good dishes of pasta and continues to cling firm to the old adage “life’s too short to drink bad wine”.
