Jack qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and has worked with clients across a broad range of industries. The majority are owner-managed businesses, some big, some small, but primarily, Jack works with the business owners to help them in structuring their business and to minimise the tax payable on a personal or corporate level. Jack advises Boards of Directors on corporate strategy and tax planning and also heads up our Mergers, Sales and Acquisitions team, helping clients to buy or sell their businesses.
Jack has a large number of clients in the creative industries and with 20+ years experience in this sector is an accredited expert for the Design Business Association. Jack also heads up our London office, splitting his time between Lincoln and London, and is actively involved in running our own business, and is therefore well versed in dealing with the day to day issues faced by owner-managers.
Jack’s volunteer roles are as a Prince’s Trust mentor, LincolnTri and a former Chair of Governors at an Independent school.
Outside work, Jack likes endurance sports (cycling, running or swimming depending on which joints are aching the least).
