The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Jeremy Hunt, presented his 2023 Autumn Statement to Parliament yesterday, 22 November. In his speech, the Chancellor said he was delivering an “Autumn Statement for growth”.

So, what exactly did the Chancellor say and, more importantly, what did it actually mean?
