No more paper P11D forms from 6 April 2023
For the 2022–2023 tax year, all P11Ds and P11D(b)s must be filed online via the PAYE online service of HMRC or third-party payroll software.
Paper forms submitted to HMRC on or after April 6, 2023, will be refused because they do not adhere to the format requirements. HMRC will provide guidance on how to provide them properly, but this will undoubtedly lead to delays.
Additionally, amendments submitted on paper will no longer be allowed.
