Local accountancy firm Wright Vigar has a strong social responsibility conscience and is proud to support the community in which its team members live and work. Wright Vigar recognises it is important for all their team members to achieve both professional and personal satisfaction in the workplace. To support this ethos, they have signed up to the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter, demonstrating their commitment to carry out socially responsible activities that will benefit their team and the local community.

As part of this commitment they have set up a wellbeing group to identify opportunities and generate ideas that will support the teams mental and physical wellbeing. Wright Vigar already offer a generous employee benefits package including flexible working arrangements, time off for medical appointments, health insurance, staff recognition scheme, holiday trading and 3 paid charity days a year, and wanted to go that one step further to empower their team members to make socially responsible changes from within. As a firm they especially like to be involved in and support local events and fundraisers to give something back to the community they serve.
