Help to Grow: Management course targets post-pandemic profitability for SMEs

A government-funded executive training programme geared at SMEs is being taught by business schools around the UK in the hopes of helping businesses capitalise on the post-pandemic rebound and improve the UK’s productivity record.

The 12-week curriculum, which combines online and face-to-face study, is designed to be completed while working full-time. The government also covers 90% of the cost of attendance.

The comprehensive, high-quality programme will help you develop leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management skills. By the end of the programme, you will have created a business growth plan to assist you in leading your company to its full potential.

Businesses that are eligible for the Help to Grow: Management programme must have between 5 and 249 employees, be in operation for at least a year, and have a senior leader or decision maker with line responsibility for employees.
